Visitus
Would you like to experience our objects in real life? We look forward to your visit to our studio store at Rykestraße 7 in Berlin. Please make an appointment in advance via hello@nutsandwoods.de and, if possible, let us know which pieces you are interested in. We will then try to have the pieces in the Apartment Store at the time of your appointment, if they are not already there.

Delivery
Accessories and small products are usually in stock and can be delivered within a few working days. Some of our large furniture items are in stock and can usually be delivered within 10 working days. You can find available sizes on the page of the respective product. We deliver large furniture conveniently to your desired location in your home. We assemble and dispose of the packaging in an environmentally friendly manner. Alternatively, delivery to the kerbside or collection from the showroom in Berlin is also possible if you want to save costs. We calculate the respective delivery costs during the ordering process.

Love&care
Furniture made from natural materials such as wood or stone changes naturally over time and needs a little love, just like we all do. We have put together a few small care instructions and tips for this. Click here for the care tips.

Returnpolicy
If you don't like the new furniture, you can return it within 30 days. Simply contact customer service, who will be happy to help you. You can find more information on the return policy in the terms and conditions.

Payment
All our furniture is made by hand, mostly to individual order, some products are in stock. You can either pay half of your order in advance and the other half after delivery. Alternatively, we also offer a bonus gift if you pay in full in advance. You can find more information about this on the shopping cart page. Once the order has been placed, all you have to do is sit back and relax, because good things take time.
