The product will be delivered to you by parcel post. We will send you a tracking code so that you can track the status at any time. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the parcel will be left with a neighbor or a store - you will find a message in your letterbox.
Each piece is created by hand with an elaborate technique on the lathe. The object is suitable as a cake stand, but also makes a good figure as a tray for fruit or cheese, for example. The tray has a diameter of 30cm and is 11,5 cm high.
The Cake Stand is made of 100% solid oak wood. The surface is treated with a high-quality organic hard wax oil, which gives the surface a protection against moisture. The object should be kept dry and can be wiped with a dry or slightly damp cloth for cleaning. An occasional treatment with hard wax oil maintains the water-resistant protective film of the surface. If heavily soiled, the surface can simply be sanded and re-oiled to look like new again. This makes the object particularly durable and long-lasting.
The Cake Stand is delivered together with a cotton bag. All orders to the EU are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. For deliveries to Switzerland and the UK, German VAT will be deducted. The import costs will be calculated in the shopping cart.
