With the Oak Steel Table Round we started our collection in 2013 with a real favorite. It transforms the dining room into a special place without trying to stand out. We build the Oak Steel Table Round as a special companion for a long life.

Dimensions
The table in the photos has a diameter of 120 cm. We build the table at a height of 75 cm. The tabletop is 3 cm thick. Choose your desired size. Want to know how many chairs fit on the table? Take a look at our table of sizes. With a diameter of 120 cm there is room for 5 people. A table with a diameter of 80 cm can seat 3 people. Up to 6 persons fit on a round 140 cm table.

Material
We manufacture the table top from high-quality oak wood. Oak wood develops a special patina over the years.
We use wood with an intense grain and carefully match the planks to each other. We sand the table surface and edges smooth. We forge the frame by hand from stainless, powder-coated round steel. We can also paint in special colors on request. Please contact us by phone or email.

Longevity
Due to the slow growth of the tree, oak wood is extremely dense, robust and resistant. This gives oak wood its very special quality and gives your piece of furniture a history of over one hundred years. In the endurance test, oak is the absolute longevity champion compared to walnut, teak, cherry or softwoods.

Grain&Surface
The oak wood expresses its calm, strength and character in each of the closely spaced annual rings. The natural beauty of oak wood is primarily due to its unique grain. We emphasize this by treating it with a particularly high-quality hard wax oil. We sand the surface and edges smooth. Environment
We are proud to source the oak wood exclusively locally and from sustainable sources. Oaks grow in abundance, with well over 400 different species worldwide. Oak wood is considered an environmentally friendly choice for use in furniture, as it is particularly durable and resilient and can be used for a correspondingly long time.

Lowmaintenance
Compared to many other woods, oak wood requires particularly little Care and is therefore also very suitable for families with children. The treatment with organic hard wax oil protects the surface against stains and moisture. An occasional care makes the piece of furniture even more durable, we provide all the instructions with the product. We also offer a practical care set with the organic oil and tools. Shipping
Some table sizes are already in stock and can be delivered within a short time. The delivery times can be found in the size table. The table is delivered by forwarding company. Smaller tables are delivered ready assembled. Assembly is simple and quickly done. In many cities we can offer premium delivery to the apartment and assembly on request. WhatsizeshouldIchoose?
It is important to consider how many people will generally sit at the table. For two people we recommend at least 60cm, for 3 people 80cm, for 4 people 100cm, for 5 people 120cm, for 6 people 140cm and for 7 people 150cm or more. The table should be sized so that there is at least 70cm of space around the chairs to furniture or walls. The larger the table, the more impressive it looks. Very popular sizes are 120cm and 150cm. For smaller kitchens is often ideal 90-100cm diameter.

That depends on the current workload and the delivery location. Tables in Berlin
and surrounding areas, for example, we can usually deliver much faster.

The table is basically very quick and easy to assemble. Whether an assembly service is possible depends on the place of delivery, but is possible in many places, such as Berlin. Feel free to send us a request by phone or email and specify the desired delivery location and floor.

Yes, you can also sit close to the table feet and either place your legs to the left and right of the table leg or both legs on the same side close to the table leg. The bars facing the center of the table are angled sharply inward so they don't interfere much, which is hard to see in the pictures. Visitors to the Studio Store were often surprised at how well you can sit close to the table leg.
